Before I begin detailing this project I thought I'd give a little bit of background. We were approached in early 2001 by a local meat packing plant. They were planning a large expansion to their facilities. In order for that to happen they needed to increase the amount of wastewater they could process as well. The weak link at their plant was their aeration basins.
